Storage Condition
O-ring and other rubber parts are affected by various external environmental factors, such as: distortion, oxygen, ozone, light, heat source,
The effects of moisture, oil, or chemical solvents, etc., may be rendered ineffective by changes in their physical and chemical properties.In DIN7716, ISO2230, DIN9088 and other standards on the storage, cleaning, maintenance of rubber seals do the basic provisions.
Temperature 5-25 ℃ is ideal storage temperature.Avoid contact with heat and sunlight.From low temperature storage When the seal is taken out, it should be placed in an environment of 20℃ before being used.
Humidity Warehouse under relative humidity should be less than 70%, avoid too wet or too dry, do not appear condensation elephant.
Lighting avoid the sun contains ultraviolet artificial light and strong.Uv - resistant packaging can provide the best Protection.Warehouse Windows are recommended to be painted with red or orange paint or coated with film. in original packing or airtight container to prevent oxidation.
Radiation Avoid ionizing radiation damage to the seals.
Oxygen And Ozone
Rubber materials should avoid exposure to the circulating air.Can be wrapped, wrapped and stored In an airtight container or other appropriate method.Ozone is harmful to most elastomers and is avoided in warehouses

Contact With The Liquid Or Semisolid Material May contact solvent, oil, grease, or other half solid materials.
Contact With Metal Or Nonmetal Material
Do not allow contact with magnetic material, cast iron, copper and its alloy, or contained A material that damages rubber.Do not use PVC material for packing seals.Seals of different materials shall not be mixed.
Cleaning according to the need, can clean with soap and water to seal.But the water should not touch the fiber reinforced seal,Rubber metal bonding seals, AU material seals.Disinfectants, organic solvents and tools with sharp edges shall not be used.
The cleaned seals should be dried at room temperature, not close to the heat source.
The durability of seals depends on the type of rubber material and the storage conditions.Under the recommended storage conditions, the storage life of each material seal is as follows:
Polyurethane, thermoplastic materials 4 years
Nitrile Rubber, Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber, Neoprene 6 years
Ethylene-propylene Rubber 8 years
Fluorine Rubber, Silicone Rubber, Fluorine Silicone Rubber 10 years
Whole Fluorine Rubber 20 years
PTFE Indefinitely
After the above period, the rubber parts should be checked before use, or can be used for a period of time.
